1. Return Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any specific requirements.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the package to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: For returns that are not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
